All Ireland Senior Mens Football Champions 2026

Every now and then I get a special request which I absolutely love working on. This time it was to design a photo collage for Rob Hennelly who just won the All Ireland final with Mayo after the county’s seventy-five year wait! Rob plays senior football for Raheny GAA and for seventeen years he soldiered for Mayo driving to and from Dublin to Mayo three times every week for county training.

Tonight is Rob’s first training session back with Raheny after Mayo’s historic win and this Friday, the Dublin senior football championship is starting when Raheny face Skerries Harps in Parnell Park at 8.30pm.

To mark this special occasion – led by Ciaran Murphy (mgmt.) & Brian Fenton thought it would be ideal to present Rob with a gift on arrival back to the Raheny squad. Brian sourced high resolution photos from Ray in Sportsfile and Gary at INPHO Sports. 

Mixed in with a few personal photos from Instagram I designed a layout to suit with Rob lifting the Sam Maguire as the hero pic (INPHO Sports).

Size of frame approx 25 inches by 20 inches.

Printed on Permajet Museum Heritage 310 on a Canon ImagePROGRAF Pro 12-ink system for an original giclee print. The print was then dry mounted and framed in a black open grain frame with ArtGlass AR 70 low reflective and UV protective glass and a spacer within the frame to keep the glass and print apart.
